New build of the federal motorway A 26, 2nd building section junction Horneburg - junction Buxtehude

The federal motorway A 26, in the final state, connects the economic area to the South West of the Elbe, with the regional centre of Hamburg.

The 2nd building section between the junctions of Horneburg and Buxtehude, is around 9.3 km long, and executed as a dual carriageway, four lane road cross section.

Furthermore, the scope of services includes a three bay, deep foundation bridge structure, in prestressed concrete construction, and two throughflow structures.

The measure will be supplemented with the realignment of the K 26 in the area of the Jork junction.

The monitoring of the protection systems, the marking and the signage round off the services.
