Project description

Conversion of an existing thoroughfare in the administration building of the ICE depot, in Munich, into a new operations centre for the bundling and coordination of the railway operations and maintenance dispositive control

Demolition of the stair entrances, and the ceilings and walls of the neighbouring workshop, and construction of a further level

Closing of the open thoroughfares with a mullion-transom façade, and a punctuated façade with large aluminium window

Equipping the new office spaces with heating, ventilation and cooling via cooling element ceilings

Complete data and electrical connection of new work places
