Project description

The motorway A 100 is very important for the long distance, regional and city road network of the capital city of Berlin.

The 16th construction phase is a 3.2 km long section, which runs from motorway junction Neukölln to junction at Treptower Park. This means that a better connection of the Eastern districts to the central ring road and the A 113 is achieved.

Assigned batches of the engineering consortium:

Batch 1 – Tunnel Grenzallee

Total length of 500 m, including 385 m of tunnel structure

Batch 2 – Railway bridges long distance and suburban railway

Crossing of two railway lines running parallel (long distance train single track and suburban railway double track)

Batch 3 – Trough structure with junction Sonnenallee

Total length 700 m, all services to build the trough structure for the motorway route and junction Sonnenallee, and new build of the bridge at Sonnenallee
