Implementation of building standards in the planning of transport stations, according to the BIM method

The object of the project is to check the implementation of the building standards of DB Station & Service AG, in the planning of transport stations according to the BIM method.

The task includes the focuses of technical planning and evaluation of results, with regards to the applicability of building standards, and the adherence to various regulations (Guideline, TEIV [TransEuropean interoperability regulation], VV BAU [Administrative regulation construction]).

In doing so, apart from modelling the transport station and adding the DB component library, amongst other things, the semi-automated quantity determination and LV creation was investigated, with the help of iTWO 5D.
