Project description

At Frankfurt airport, a storage space (2,200 m²) at airfield grade was built on the edge of the aircraft operation area, for aircraft tugs (Leos).

Due to frequent oil leaks from the vehicles, the rain water disposal had to be carried out via a lightweight material separator.

Particular attention was paid to the selection and coordination of a suitable concrete recipe, the joint material and the material of the sewage pipe seals.

Vössing planned the storage spaces including drainage, and supervised the execution.
