Project:
Connection to the A 952 at Höhe Buchhof

Service period:
2018 – 2019

Project client:
Town of Starnberg

Project description

The main transport axes Würmstraße and Berger Straße, located in the Percha district, are characterised by a heavy traffic load. The entire northern east bank of Lake Starnberg is reached via these roads.

Additionally, east of Percha is the Munich International School, which causes immense through traffic on a daily basis.

None of the relief scenarios examined as part of the transport development plan highlights a relevant relieving for the Percha district.

Therefore, Vössing was mandated by the town of Starnberg to produce a feasibility study and a traffic analysis with a preferable variant to the motorway connection at “Höhe Buchhof”.

The “semi-connection” variant is then to be developed further as part of pre-planning.
