Support with the manufacture of submarines at the Kiel site

In the scope of supporting ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems GmbH in project management, in the manufacture of submarines at the HDW Kiel site, there was direct collaboration with the individual operations of manufacturing, and the quality assurance of the operations and/or the shipyard in the area of project handling.

The project related collaboration with the project management of the relevant submarines, including customer contact (English speaking) during the project handling, encompassed the optimisation of production processes and supporting project control, especially for two concrete building procedures in the commissioning phase, and in the handover to the next test status, short before the handover of the submarines to an international customer.
