Development planning of "Eselswiese" in Rüsselsheim

The assignment includes the development planning of the area “Eselswiese” in Rüsselsheim-Bauschheim (approx. 60 ha) and, in the scope of the urban development planning, a general technical consultation with checking of the previous feasibility studies on drainage and traffic development.

Three construction phases should be assumed for the development planning.

The planning of the traffic facilities includes the inner development and the connection of the development area to the existing one (residential area Brunnenstraße and L 3482). In doing so, the concerns of local public transport must be considered.

For the drainage of the construction site, the possible direct discharge into a preflooder should be checked. The retention and/or seeping of the accumulated rain water must be ensured.

Furthermore, the expansion of the sewage treatment plant should be planned due to a larger amount of waste water. The location of the electricity, waste water, water and telecommunication lines in the transport area will be coordinated in agreement with the service providers.
